Just in: Journalists Barred From Entering NASS

Journalists covering the National Assembly have been denied access into the complex for today’s plenary session.

The curious newsmen were stranded for more than two hours before the list of those accredited for the session was brought to the entrance.

Staff and other legislative aides seeking access were also barred from going in.

Armed policemen barricaded the entrance and turned back many of the aides and National Assembly Directors.
