There are indications that the PDP presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar may be considering Chief Okey Muo-Aroh for the position of a running mate.
Chief Muo-Aroh, PDP stalwart and former Local Government Chairman was Special Adviser to Dr. Chris Ngige when the latter was , governor of Anambra State.
Aroh was two time elected member of the PDP National EXCO. He has served the party in various capacities part of which was as chairman, State Congress Committee for Cross River State 2021, Bauchi PDP Electoral Appeal Panel 2022 etc.
Aroh was also the pioneer Master of Ceremony at the inception of the PDP in 1998. He has served the party in this wise for the past ten years and has moderated the last two presidential campaigns of the party.
A consummate administrator with cosmopolitan bent, Aroh has far reaching political contacts across Nigeria.
He is expected to bring his wealth of experience to bear on the campaign of the PDP and endear it to success.
