An 8-storey building suspected to be a hotel just collapsed in Owerri as rescue operation is yet to commence. Some people are still trapped in the debris.
Although emergency ambulances could be seen around the collapsed building which is still under construction. Residents are also making frantic efforts to see how they can rescue some people.
